  1. Alarm Clock version 2.6

  3. Version 2.0  and later of Alarm Clock has all the screens
  4. moved into an external file named ALRMCLK2.DLL.
  5.  
  6. This is so that future versions may be
  7. developed in other languages than English.  I would be happy to exchange
  8. a program license for translations of the message text and help files.

  12. Also with version 1.8 the event handler has been placed into its own
  13. thread to improve response when launching applications or Beeping on
  14. the hour.

  16. To run Alarm Clock rename the appropriate language version of the .DLL
  17. files to ALRMCLK2.DLL and place it in a directory in your LIBPATH= statement.
  18. This can be found in your CONFIG.SYS file.  Also place DBPROCS.DLL in a
  19. directory in your LIBPATH.  Rename the appropriate language .HLP file
  20. to ALRMCLK2.HLP and place it in a directory in the SET HELP=
  21. statement from your config.sys.  Finally to use view for the INF file
  22. either rename it or start view with the language named file.
